When you upgraded from 7/8.x, CmndCntr should've come along for the ride, hopefully in a working state-of-being

Generally, since there are 6 hard disk bays & room for another in a DVD bay, I'd obtain a drive or drives, make a clone / omage with Acronis or Macrium Reflect, I'd recommend CmndCntr 2.8.11, install it on your clone & see what happens

Reverting back to a clone & trying the install in Win8 compatibility mode is an option. When you're satisfied your CmndCntr is working, fans are not at 100% but act normal, then go back & induce whatever change or install method used on the clone into your everyday use drive, where your clone was your testing base ...

CmndCntr 2.8.9 is available on the A51 Dell.com drivers page, W7 compatibility mode is an option

Bios A10 is available there also, but find A11 here, update Bios at your own risk

I haven't done a clean install of 10 yet; if there are issues installing CC after a clean install I'm sure I'd be at a loss to help. I'd probably make a clone of my 7 install & re-upgrade 7 -to- 10 while I still can, while carrying CC along for the ride, booting into 10 with working CC, as I've done here 5 times now while using 2.8.11 & 3.5 for my baby ALX in the R4
