Cant access BIOS Aurora R3
I purchased my Alienware Aurora in September 2010 and things have been pretty good. I have updated my Bios to A11 no problem. I have gone into the bios on multiple occasions, to look at settings. Now I can not access the BIOS. When I reboot I have tried everything to get to either the setup f2 function or boot menu f12 function. Neither option works it just loads windows. I see the option I chose light up but it loads windows anyways. I even tried removing the hard drive so it would be forced into the boot menu but still nothing it just tells me no media and to connect media to proceed. I am using an alienware tactx keyboard if that has anything to do with it, but I highly doubt it because the option gets highlighted as if I selected it. I have searched high and low with no results. Has anyone run into this issue before? How did you solve it.
Thank you,
George

I tried everything you suggested and it was a no go. I was able to play games and do everything else normally. I ended up leaving it unpluged for a few day and now that I plugged it back in the CMOS must have rest and i could access the BIOS. Thanks for the suggestions.

TgraveDigger,
At the present time, when you boot into Windows, does the system function correctly? All drives are working and seen in the Device Manager? You can play games, get on the internet, etc.? Have you tried connecting the USB keyboard to a different USB port on the rear of the system and tested it to see if you can get into the Bios System Setup?
