Can i put a gtx 1650 4gb in an inspiron 3030 MT (i5 12400, 300w psu, 16gb ram, 520 gb ssd)

Will it work because other forums stated that it would work efficiently together with the cpu. Also, wouls it fit or would i need a lp version i think it would fit with the normal size. Finally, i think it doesnt use any external power from the psu only the motherboard so yh

Yes, the 1650 will work with your PSU.

As for fit, measure the space you have and Google the dimensions of the card you want to get.  The square heatsink next to the blue slot is the chipset heatsink.  Make sure it's height won't be in the way.  You should be able to use full height version granted it's not too long.

You'll be happier having the GDDR6 version.  The GDDR version of GPU has nothing to do with GDDR version of RAM. - Just an fyi.

Search for YouTube videos of Inspiron 3030 and GTX 1650.  Then you'll know if it will work for sure.
