Hi,They are the same drivers,so just install card and if there are new drivers it will update automatically.I then installed the disk that comes with it,in my case an asus strix card, which loads all the overclocking software you will ever need.It really is just plug and play

The video cards that we can support for the Alienware Aurora R3 desktop system are:
Nvidia GTX 460
Nvidia GT 545
Nvidia GTX560Ti
Nvidia GTX 580
Nvidia GTX 590
Nvidia AMD 6870
AMD 6950
AMD 6990
Some of our customers have had success with higher graphics card upgrades on this system but we cannot confirm final results. Click here to view another thread about this topic for more information.

HI,I bought the card in the uk from dabs .com because it inludes a copy
of witcher3 and gta5,about £290,which if you deduct cost of games would be about £220.a bargain if you were going to buy the games. The card I removed was a gtx670 which used both an 8 pin and a 6 pin power supply connection and worked perfectly untill it was 3 years old and warranty ran out.New card is asus strix 970,which only uses 8 pin power.I just installed card 2 weeks ago and it ran straight away with no problems and no changes to bios or uefi whatever that is,power supply is of course the 850 one
