Boot Manager not detecting USB
I’ve seen millions of post similar to this but none have given any answers. I need to go into bios/boot manager and make my USB the first option from all the bootable choices. The USB does not appear in the drop down menu. Please help

What computer do you have? I can press F12 at the Alienhead pre-boot screen to choose boot options.

You cannot pick USB boot permanently from the BIOS for security reasons.
You will have to use the one time boot menu by pressing the F12 key during post, and of course the USB has to be a bootable device. Typically something like a backup drive is not a bootable device.
