AW3423DW, won’t display

I’m currently undergoing an issue regarding my AW3423DW monitor. It’s signifying that there is a pc/console hooked up to it, yet it’s not displaying anything from them. I’ve done everything from the owners Manuel. Things like a factory reset, turning off the eco friendly feature, and even trying new cables. I’ve used my pc and console on other monitors and they display a perfect screen. I’ve had this monitor for about 2 years give or take some time ( no exact time frame ). This is very unfortunate since I’ve spent a pretty penny on this very expensive monitor. For it to break down like this is quite crazy to me. I’ve seen hundreds of other people with the same problem and would like a solution.

Does the monitor display a test screen with nothing connected to it?

Have you tried a different input (HDMI vs USB or the reverse)?

Update = An hour (7/7/2024, 7:05 PM) after Arubin701 posted, Technical Support sent Arubin701 an email stating that a parts only service dispatch was created to exchange the AW3423DW.
