AW3225QF, ARC/eARC port troubleshooting

Page 14 in the online AW3225QF User's Guide =

#7 HDMI 1 eARC/ARC port = Connect your external audio system. A Soundbar that supports eARC must use a High Speed HDMI 2.1 cable 

#8 HDMI 2 port = Connect your computer
with the included JTGYR High Speed HDMI 2.1 FRL 1.80m/5.9ft cable


Some Soundbar have more than one HDMI port. Make sure that the HDMI cable is connected to the HDMI port that supports ARC/eARC.
 
* AW3225QF #7 HDMI 1 eARC/ARC port is connected to the Fire TV Cube (3rd Gen) HDMI out port with a High Speed HDMI cable (2.0 or above)
* The Fire TV Cube is paired with compatible speakers

* Open the AW3225QF OSD--> Others
* Turn HDMI CEC on. The default is Off


Other items to test while troubleshooting =


* Open the AW3225QF OSD--> Input Source
* Change Auto Select to Off


* Open the AW3225QF OSD--> Display--> Smart HDR
* Choose Customer Color HDR
* Exit Menu and retest


* Open the AW3225QF OSD--> Game--> Console Mode
* Choose Legacy Device
* Exit Menu and retest
