AW2521HF, messed up screen

First picture is my PC restarting and I still have messed up screen. The second picture is when my PC booted picture was still froze, and now while am posting this its slowly disappearing from screen. AW2521HF is brand new should I go request for new one or this is due my PC? And this happened when I leave my game running for like 5-10 minutes while I'm in WC. I didn't notice it to happened on other games only Minecraft. ( Windows 10 Pro, GTX 1050Ti, connected with DP cable)
