Aurora R9, powers up, but nothing appears on screen
I have a pretty new alienware aurora r9 desktop, and it was working fine except for constantly freezing for a few seconds every so often. I asked the dell twitter for help after trying to get ahold of someone through every other venue, and they sent me a bios thing to download. As soon as I downloaded it - no more screen. My monitor shows no input, and nothing I've tried will fix it. I've tried rebooting, taking out and reinstalling the graphics card - nothing has worked. What can I do to fix this? It's getting incredibly frustrating.

Isn't this covered by warranty next day repair at your location?

@Moonstruck What can I do to fix this?
If you power on and immediately start tapping to F2 or F12 key, will it launch into the pre-boot menu?
Can you test the monitor and cable on a different PC to eliminate those as the source of the problem?

This exact thing just happened to be. It was freezing for 10 seconds a couple of times, then this time it froze and crashed. I turned it off at the power, turned it back on and it wasn't booting by the look of it.
Gave it a little bit longer and it eventually booted, thankfully. Also relatively new, under a month old. Aurora R9 too.

same for my new aurora r9 , when i turned it on for the first time. It reboot like 2-3 times showing black screen, then the 3rd time it started working. maybe it was doing the post testing.

mine powers up with no problem but when I open Roblox or Fortnite or any games it turns black and starts blinking the black screen it only stops when I turn off my pc and turn it back up after that it normal and I am able to open game without the same problem and sometimes the black screen and sometimes appears out of nowhere it turns black and goes back to normal. someone I know has the same exact pc as me but he never had this problem
