Aurora R16, lemon, infuriated customer

There's got to be a higher power to turn to when facing issues. Although the Tech Support team is trying their best, they literally just fried my motherboard. lol

Now of course they want to send a tech on site to replace, but after firstly having a processor issue, now while on the phone they attempted a driver update and now i can't turn on my PC at all. They literally BSOD me and want to replace my whole mother board. Can i get some assistance from someone who can actually make a call before i escalate this further?
