Aurora R13, audio crackling and hissing after latest windows 11 updates

Hi I have recently ran windows update, I had waited couple of months before updating due to updates breaking computers, anyway I'm now getting crackling and hissing audio through speakers when I open panes or browsers, basically anything. I have reinstalled alienware command centre, did not fix, reinstalled gpu software, again did not fix, ran troubleshooters no issues found, ran sfc/scannow - no violations, I tried to reinstall the realtek drivers that were on my dell software and drivers on the website, on install stated incompatible with windows, I went to the Realtek website and downloaded newer version, still same issue, windows 11 states incompatible software on install attempt, any suggestions to repair audio? headphones and buds via bluetooth have no issues, any suggestions, and/or is there a way to force realtek to reinstall? If i have to reinstall windows again it will be bye bye windows 11, no issues with speakers until i ran windows update
