WINDOWS XP Can't download ZIP file from Web Page

Have tried numerous times to download ZIPfile. Will only save 20 to 30 % of file and then cuts out. This hasn't happened before I got the new Dell Support Center Update.

Any Suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

yup, post an url to the file and I'm sure someone will see if it downloads correctly.

It could be a problem with the originating website. Does it happen with all downloads? Have you asked somebody else whether they were able to download the file successfully?

Thanks all for the suggestions. Other people have no problem downloading this file and I havent had any trouble with other files.
