Norton Goback causing problems and system restarting by itself

I got an issue where system is rebooting by itself and it is Norton Goback where this happens during the boot so we tried all methods like safe mode and other modes but nogo and we also tried disabling Norton goback by going into its options by pressing spacebar and trying to disable it but still no resolution I was all set to go for Reinstallation of OS or doing PC Restore but then I found one option by which we can unhook Norton goback from MBR as this Norton Goback is situated in MBR so did that by CTRL+ALT+G as soon as we start the computer and that gave us the option of taking out Norton Goback from MBR and after that we were able to goto desktop and then from there we took out Norton Goback(Norton System works) from add and remove programs and ISSUE WAS RESOLVED hope this helps someone in need.
