Dell Support Center removal,Any problems after?

Murphy's Law ignored again...Anyone have any problems after deleting new Dell Support Center?---This is more of a drag on my system than my Norton Virus program,but that I have to keep.

None whatsoever.
 
Why do you feel you need to keep NAV? There are many good free AVs with a much smaller footprint.

Just make sure by "delete" you mean uninstall properly using Control Panel, Uninstall Program.

Uninstalled and computer runs like a new machine--No problems-too bad ,had some useful tools-hopefully they will create less taxing program in future. But wont be in a rush to install next time...

I have not had problems with the new center but still have the other one and the machine does start up much slower. I am considering removing the new version.  Would this be wise?

I removed it  and i'm glad i did. You can get all that info on your own.

I unistalled this morning and computer stated up twice as fast!  whole machine seems faster.  I will see how it is but seems like I made the correct choice, thanks for the reply.
