Rumor has it that FoxIt's updated version may be without it as well.

I can confirm that the Windows installer package FoxitReader30_enu.msi, obtained from here:
http://www.foxitsoftware.com/pdf/reader_2/down_reader.htm
... does not contain any trace of the Ask toolbar.
I just downloaded/installed it, and got only the Foxit reader.
On the other hand, the Foxit download FoxitReader30_enu_Setup.exe, obtained from the same download site, installed the Ask Toolbar, without even offering me the opt-out option. Very bad!
