Support Assist not opening
I cannot open Support Assist any more on Corporate Devices
I get this message:
C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\DellInc.DellSupportAssistforPCs_3.5.13.0_x64 etc etc etc
Windows cannot access the specified device path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item
uninstalling and re-installing makes no difference.

@IS Support
This looks like a permission issue on WindowsApps folder.
Restore WindowsApps permissions with the following command, using an elevated command prompt:
icacls "C:\Program Files\WindowsApps" /reset /t /c /q
This will reset the permissions for WindowsApps folder. Post this try launching the SupportAssist
