No Hard Drive Detected new computer
Just received new computer Inspiron Desktop 3000 series Model 3847 4/16/15, got it set up, was working fine, now getting a "Msg: Hard Drive - No Hard Drive detected or disk controller not supported"
any help or should i ship it back for a replacement?

First try opening the case and check that all the cables are properly connected, by disconnecting and reconnecting them, in case anything was dislodged during shipping.
No difference, then return the 3847, for replacement system, that will hopefully work correctly.
