LSI SAS3008 Windows Drivers for Win10-64 - broken installer?

The LSI SAS3008 Windows Drivers for Win10-64  2.51.21.0 ,A04 update seem to be broken. When I run it on my T7910, it shows "The device driver installation wizard was unable to find any drivers designed for your machine. Check with the vendor or your site administrator to ensure you have the correct program":

error1.PNG

However, I was able to install it manually, by clicking "extract": dell_package.PNG

and manually pointing Windows to install the driver from the folder there. (And this approach is also described in a readme file inside).

The driver was installed OK:

So, I think this means that driver itself is OK, but installer is broken. I've got a backup of the log it generates, so, if anyone from Dell is interested - I would be happy to provide it.

Could anyone please confirm that this update behaves the same for you?

Could anyone please suggest, if there's a good way to report this bug to Dell?

Second this is that "Dell Command | Update" was not suggesting me to update this driver.. Hmm.. Is it somehow related to the broken installer?

PS.

Here's the whole story, just in case.

It looks like images I've uploaded to my posts are broken. So - here's an alternative version of the same pictures:
