Full image retention on monitor P2720DC

Hello All,

I'm not sure if this is the correct location to post this, if not, please direct me on the proper forum.

In our work environment we have Lenovo Carbon laptops (6th - 9th gen), Targus docking stations, and Dell monitors. On occasion when a user un-docks their computer from the USB-C cable going to the dock, the image will stay on the screen until the dock is rebooted or a laptop is plugged back in. Has anyone else run into anything similar?

I've seen on the forums here that some have kind of a ghosting when unplugging, this is different. This issue looks like the laptop is still plugged in. Full brightness and color.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
