Setting Up Dell Financial Account

Hello,

I am trying to setup my Dell Financial account and I have gotten to the part where it is asking for my birth date and postal code. The problem is there is no indication on how Dell wants this put into the box and I have tried many combination but I have one more before they lock me out can someone explain the exact way to input these into the box because I wanna check my balance.They really need to update the registration page with indication on how to do this considering they lock you out of your account and that is a huge hassle.
