Can Not Access ALL of my Network , Need Help Please

Hello
I can see all three systems on my home network, but I can only access 2 of them.
I use NetBios is over TCP/IP .
I use Client for MS .

On Computer #1 -Win XP Pro Media ,Dim 8400, it reads Ethernet Area Local Connection
I see all 3 systems
I can access 1 & 3
I can not access # 2 what ever I do it seems.
IP 192.168.1.100
Sub Neet 255.255.255.0
Gateway 192.168.1.1

On Computer #2 -Win XP Pro,Dim 8300 it reads Ethernet Bridge (Network Bridge)3:
I can see all 3 systems
I can access all 3 systems.
IP 19.2.168.1.101
Sub net 255.255.255.0
Gateway 192.168.1.1.

On Computer #3, T500, Win 98SE

I can after logging off and logging back on, see all 3 systems and access them.

I have also notice that on the network adapter, there is a tiny "Lock" if that is the problem, how do I deal with that?

thank a million

The tiny lock you see notes that the firewall is enabled for that connection.  It would be a good idea to disable that and all other firewalls on that system and see if you can access it.

It's unlocked. But it did not change anything.
