screen turns off when running Adobe Illustrator CS2

Hello, The problem appears only when Adobe Illustrator CS2 is running, after few minutes working the screen suddently freeze and shake during 1 second and then turns off, notebook's still on but don't answer. I wrote to DELL Support and they told me to update the BIOS, and the graphic card driver. I've done everything that they told me to do but the problem is not solved. Configuration: Latitude D820 CPU T2500 2GHZ GC nvidia quadro NVS 120M Has anyone a solution? Thank you forward
