laptop replacement screen
Hello all, I am new to this forum and would appreciate any help.
I purchased a i15Z-4400slv laptop 5 months ago at Best Buy.
Unfortunately, my screen got cracked. Best Buy says that they cannot find a replacement screen. I can't find one anywhere on the Internet.
It seems like the 15Z-5523 screen may be the same one. Any idea if I can use this screen?
Resolution for 5523 is 1366 x 768
Resolution for 4400 is listed as 1900 x 1080, but it seems that may be a mistake and that it may be actually be 1366 x 768.
Any ideas? Thanks

Hi kjsyx,
Please call Dell Out of Warranty and Repair on 1-800-288-4410 (US customers only) to purchase the LCD screen. You can be assured it will a compatible screen.
I do believe the system must be under warranty as it's only 5 months old, but please be informed the system needs to have Complete Care warranty that covers accidental damage to cover this issue.
