Sticky or Short-cut keys: defined or.. how to undo?

Looking for knowledge of the way 'sticky keys' or short-cut keys have been prgorammed (beyond those in the Duh-ell documentation).

Background:          Sensitive touch-pad combines with other keys -- not sure what / which -- to create unplanned dialog boxes, highlighted text, new browser, etc. -- and I want to either undo what is programmed or see the list.

Hardware:            This is a brand new Latitude laptop that was company-issued, and our company tech support has not programmed anything and they can't tell me where to see settings or how to reprogram.

Can this community please help?

(It's totally maddening; why bother having these and not explaining them somewhere... it's like a ghost in the machine.......)

Thanks in advance!

Those are 2 different things. Sticky keys are in the Accessibility part of Control Panel for impaired users, while shortcut keys are part of Windows. Windows Help has explanations for both. Neither one of these is Dell's. This article might help: Click Here You should turn off Sticky Keys in Cntl Panel. Ease of Access, Make your keyboard easier to use. The really annoying Narrator is also there and can be turned off.
