Depends on your computer model which should always be mentioned when asking a question. Find the answer yourself at Dell Support. Look up Beep Codes for your model.

Please list Dell model number and version of windows. Example: Dell Inspiron 3543, windows 10
Three beeps usually means there's a problem /issue with the motherboard.
