It really depends on what is wrong, so I will just assume all you need to do is replace one key, in that case you can go on ebay or the better source is the peeps at replacementlaptopkeys.com, they have a great selection of dell laptop key replacement, good luck.

If it's out of warranty you can order a keyboard from Dell, or from a Dell parts seller (parts-people.com, impactcomputers.com).

You cannot order individual keys.
