Order on Hold, Used DFS account to pay, no direct answer!!!

I ordered a monitor that was on sale last week Thursday, it's been a week since then and there are no signs of my order shipping. I applied to finance the monitor and got approved right away, the next day they ask me to give them additional identification to verify my account, which I did (my passport and driver's license).  Since then I have not received ANY emails or any confirmation with my order. I called in MANY times and they said that my order is on HOLD and that my verification was NOT the problem. I keep asking them as to WHY they are holding and they won't give me a direct answer. One representative named "Harold" gave me multiple promises to call me back and so far has not done so. I do not know how long this is going to be and the uncertainty is stressing me out. Someone, please help.
