Backup is incomplete because file "/ddr_files.xml" is missing

But still backup is failing.Can someone please help me on this.

This error is a indication of the Data Domain ports being blocked on the firewall.

The key takeaway error line here is
Problem logging into the DDR server:'', only GSAN communication was enabled
clearly the DD login is failing but the agent can contact the GSAN, so agent-> avamar is fine but agent -> DD is not, as per geboyd check the ports for the DD are accessible (RPC/NFS/etc) by the agent
