Factory Reset of Alienware X51 R2
Hello;
My desktop Alienware arrived with Windows 7 Home. Later, a year ago, I updated to Windows 10 through prompted Windows web site.
Currently, I am having issues with my computer. What is the best way to reset it back to factory installed state with windows 7. I have 2 original CDs: One of them is Alienware Windows 7, the other one is named Alienware Resource DVD, How should I proceed?

Hello,
You can follow the steps on this article, for doing a factory restore using the disks. The Resource DVD contains the system drivers but we rather you download those from the Dell support site (Drivers and Downloads), you just need your Service Tag.
