Dell Wired Dock (WD15) Firmware Update Utility has not start on the Alienware 13 R2
Hi,
I've bought the Dell Wired Dock (WD15) for my new Dell Alienware 13 R2, but I could not update the firmware for this Dock, as the Dell Wired Dock (WD15) Firmware Update Utility has not start. I have downloaded it from the Dell support site and when I start it there is no reaction at all with the following information in the system log:
AppError

DanTaika,
Did you get a solution for the driver crash? I'm having the same issue and looking for a clue how to get around it.

Rodrigo,
Yes, that's where I downloaded two versions which both react the same way. I also see a crash event in my windows log. Thoughts?

Also, I'm running a fully up to date Windows 10 on my Alienware 17 R3, all updated drivers and BIOS (except for those related to the installations of the WD15) and mostly not experiencing any other issues.
