原因

Il driver audio include vari componenti all'interno di Windows Update. Microsoft Windows Update non installa tutti i componenti del driver audio. Ciò interferisce con la funzionalità audio del computer.

Nota: Per apportare modifiche al sistema operativo, ad esempio l'installazione dei driver, è necessario disporre dei privilegi di amministratore sul dispositivo.
 

L'aggiornamento al driver audio Realtek High Definition versione 6.0.9597.1 o successiva sul computer tramite Dell.com, Dell Update o SupportAssist risolve il problema. È OBBLIGATORIO riavviare il computer dopo l'aggiornamento del driver. Per istruzioni su come scaricare e installare il driver, fare riferimento al seguente link: Come scaricare e installare i driver Dell

Nota: Per i notebook XPS, NON utilizzare la versione 6.0.9597.1 del driver. I notebook della linea di business XPS richiedono invece la versione 10.0.235.1 del driver audio Realtek High-Definition .
 
Nota: Non utilizzare Windows Update per aggiornare il driver audio.
