Oppdatering til Realtek High Definition Audio-driveren versjon 6.0.9597.1 eller nyere på datamaskinen via Dell.com, Dell Update eller SupportAssist løser problemet. Det er obligatorisk å starte datamaskinen på nytt etter driveroppdateringen. Merk: For bærbare XPS-PC-ermå du IKKE bruke versjon 6.0.9597.1 av driveren. Bærbare PC-er fra XPS-bransjen krever versjon 10.0.235.1 av Realtek High Definition Audio Driver i stedet.
