How to Install a Language Pack for Microsoft Office 2019, 2021, and M365

On some computers, Microsoft Office may still display in the English language instead of the language that is selected for Windows. In such a scenario, the user must download the language pack for Microsoft Office and choose the language of their preference.

To install a language pack for Microsoft Office 2019, 2021 and M365, follow the below steps:

1. Restart the computer. Do not open any Microsoft Office apps after the restart.
2. Open a web browser and browse to https://support.microsoft.com/office/language-accessory-pack-for-office-82ee1236-0f9a-45ee-9c72-05b026ee809f .
3. In the drop-down box "Which Language do you need," select the preferred language. 
4. Click the link "Download (64-bit)" version.
5. Save the file OfficeSetup.exe to the system drive.
6. Double-click OfficeSetup.exe.
   Note: Do not open any Office app until the installation finished.
7. Click Yes when asked to grant the application administrative privileges.
