Press and hold the Windows () key, and then press the q key.
In the Search box, type bluetooth.
Select Bluetooth and other devices settings (System settings) from the list.
Ensure the toggle to the right of Bluetooth is set to On.
Ensure the toggle or check box next to Show notifications to connect using Swift Pair is checked or set to On.
Click More Bluetooth settings or More Bluetooth options.
Ensure that the check box to the left of Alert me when a new Bluetooth device wants to connect is checked.
Ensure that the check box to the left of Show the Bluetooth icon in the notification area is checked.
Click Apply when available, and then click OK.
Save any data, and close any open programs, and then restat the computer.
Once the computer has restarted check to see if Bluetooth is working correctly.
