iDRAC Web 伺服器已設定為僅接受使用 TLS 1.3 版的連線。
此組態不支援 IDPA 和 PowerProtect DP 系列裝置。

若要解決此問題，請執行下列程序。

1. 在瀏覽器中開啟 iDRAC UI，並以「根」使用者身分登入
2. 導覽至「iDRAC 設定」-> 「服務」-> 「Web 伺服器」-> 「設定」
3. 在「TLS 通訊協定」組態下，確定已選取「TLS 1.2 及更高版本
4. 選取「套用」以套用此變更

完成這些更改后，代理狀態應在 5-10 分鐘內正常化（無需進一步操作）。如果未發現任何變更，建議在主機作業系統上重新啟動 iSM 和 PTAgent 服務。

1. 開啟與 ESXi （Hypervisor） 元件的 PuTTY/SSH 連線，顯示為「root“ 使用者
2. 執行 /etc/init.d/dcism-netmon-watchdog restart
3. 執行 /etc/init.d/DellPTAgent restart
