Symptomen

Scheda Thunderbolt 2.0 installata nello slot PCIe 1

Un utente di Precision Tower 5810 ha riferito che, quando ha ricevuto il sistema, la scheda Thunderbolt 2.0 non veniva riconosciuta dall'applicazione Thunderbolt e non funzionava in modo completo.

È stato determinato che la scheda era installata nello slot PCIe 3.0 (SLOT 1). La guida all'installazione della scheda Thunderbolt 2.0 indica che, per un funzionamento corretto, la scheda deve essere installata nello slot PCIe 2.0 (SLOT 5) (Figura 1):

Il campo Guida all'installazione delle schede aggiuntive Thunderbolt indica che questa scheda deve essere nello slot PCIe 5 per Precision Tower 5810 e 7810. Per Precision Tower 3620, la scheda Thunderbolt 2.0 deve essere installata nello slot 3 affinché funzioni correttamente.

Se si verifica questo problema, verificare che la scheda Thunderbolt 2.0 sia installata nello slot PCIe corretto.

Una volta installata la scheda controller Thunderbolt nello slot PCIe corretto, la scheda è stata identificata correttamente dall'applicazione Thunderbolt e ha funzionato normalmente.
