Compatibility with Mac Computers
Basic troubleshooting measures and Mac computer setting changes that apply:
- Power down and restart of your Mac
- Ensure your macOS has the latest updates
- Connect using a different port on the monitor or on the Mac
- Change the color profile on the Mac to Color LCD
- Change the refresh rate on the Mac to 60Hz
- Turn off Auto Adjust Brightness and True Tone on the Mac.
- Turn off Night Shift mode on the Mac
- Turn off Dark mode on the Mac
