SSFD is the enterprise file transfer service that replaces the File Exchanger, which enables the safe data transfer between customer and Dell.
Dell Technical Support issues your account.
Once the account is issued, you receive two emails with the title "New Message: SR or Case xxxxxx…" and "Enrollment Notification.".
Access to the SSFD.
Log in with the credentials on the Enrollment Notification email.
If this is your first time to log in, change the password on the Change Password box and click Set Password.
Set a password of at least eight characters with four letters (including upper/lowercase), three numbers, and one symbol.
Click Browse and select a file to be uploaded.
Click Upload File.
The log is saved in ASCII as default. Click Set ASCII to change to Binary as you need.
If you upload a file larger than 100MB, you must use SFTP client (WinSCP so on) to upload.
Install an SFTP client free software as needed.
