Yes. Although the PowerEdge R920 and R930 are both 4U servers, the rail and cable management kits used have a physical dimension of 2U. The labeling on the rail kit box may be confusing if it isn't packaged with the server.
The label describes the rail characteristics and not the characteristics of the server that uses that particular rail kit. In addition to the part number and rail description, the label will also include the rail type identifier (ID) code which for the R920 and R930 servers is B8. See the picture below, the rail type ID is circled in red.

The cable management kit label may also cause confusion as it also describes the cable management characteristics as 2U. As with the rail kit, this has nothing to do with the characteristics of the supported server. The correct part number for the R920/R930 is: DP/N 0376Y0.
