iDRAC7エラー - 「LIC008: The License Binding ID does not match the device unique identifier」

この文書では、第12世代PowerEdgeサーバーにiDRAC7永続ライセンスをインポートする場合の問題の解決方法を説明します。FM120x4、M420、M520、M520（PE VRTX用）、M620、M620（PE VRTX用）、M820、M580（PE VRTX用）、R220、R320、R420、R520、R620、R720、R720xd、R820、T320、T420、T620に加えて、「racadm」コマンドでNX3200、NX3300、NX400などのプラットフォームを使用するその他のモデルも対象です。

1.課題

次のコマンドを実行します。racadm' コマンドを実行して永久ライセンスをインポートするには、次のようにします。

racadm license import -f /mountpath/yourlicensefilename.xml -c idrac.embedded.1

次のエラーが発生します。

LIC008: The License Binding ID does not match the device unique identifier

2.対処方法

iDRACファームウェアを再インストールし、ライセンスを実装してみます。それでも問題が解決しない場合は、次の手順に従います。

1. ライブ イメージで起動

2. ターミナル ウィンドウを開き、次のコマンドを実行してサービス タグを設定します。
   
   smbios-sys-info --service-tag --set=YOURTAG

3. 次の「racadm'コマンドを実行して一時ライセンスを削除します(該当する場合):
   
   racadm license delete -c idrac.embedded.1

4. システムを再起動してSupport Live Imageに戻ります。

5. 次の「racadm' コマンド:
   
   racadm license view

6. サービス タグが正しく表示されることを確認します。

7. ライセンス ファイルをサーバーにコピーします。

8. 無期限ライセンスをインポートします。
   
   racadm license import -f /mountpath/yourlicensefilename.xml -c idrac.embedded.1

3.その他の情報

• この問題は、サービス タグが設定されていない場合に、システム ボードを交換した後に発生することがあります
• 一時ライセンスのインストールが要因になる可能性があります
• /mountpath/はユーザー定義のマウント ポイントです
