Causa
이 오류의 근본 원인은 Alienware OC Controls의 인텔® XTU(Extreme Tuning Utility) 구성 요소입니다. 이러한 구성 요소는 업그레이드 설치 처리에 문제가 있습니다. 추가 문제를 방지하기 위해 v1.2.32.1210 이상 버전에서 업그레이드 설치가 비활성화되어 있습니다.
Resolución
예정된 AWCC(Alienware Command Center) 업데이트를 수행하면 이 문제가 해결됩니다. 최신 버전을 설치하기 전에 Alienware OC Controls의 이전 버전을 제거합니다.
- 오류 메시지 창에서 Close를 클릭합니다.
