Tile is not enabled as a default.
Resolución
Enable the Presence Detection tile by following below steps:
- Search and run Command Prompt as administrator.

cd:/and press Enter. - Type the command below:
rd /s /q C:\Windows\ServiceProfiles\LocalService\AppData\Local\Temp\.net\intel_cst_service_standalone

- Launch Dell Optimizer, wait 10 secs to initiate ICST service to enable Presence Detection tile.
