Symptoms

如果 BMC（或 iDRAC）变得无响应或报告出现故障，则 Data Domain （DD） 系统会生成关联的警报。
DD 报告以下 EventID 之一： 
ENVIRONMENT-00019	LegacyBMCHangCritical: BMC module in the controller is unresponsive 		
ENVIRONMENT-00020	BMCHangCritical: BMC module in the controller is unresponsive		
ENVIRONMENT-00038	The system is being shut down. BMC is unresponsive	
ENVIRONMENT-00039	BMC failure has been detected
系统可能会继续正常运行，但某些环境变量可能不可用，例如温度和其他传感器读数。
在某些情况下，可能会启动系统关机。



Cause

常见原因：
  • BMC/iDRAC 对堆栈上层的服务变得无响应。
  • Data Domain Operating System （DDOS） 中的服务失去与 BMC 的通信。
  • BMC/iDRAC 已停止响应（硬件或软件故障）。
  • 组件故障。 

Resolution

始终遵循 KB Data Domain：BMC/iDRAC 重置过程。
