Symptoms

如果 BMC （或 iDRAC） 沒有回應或回報故障，則 Data Domain （DD） 系統會產生相關聯的警示。
DD 回報下列其中一個事件 ID： 
ENVIRONMENT-00019	LegacyBMCHangCritical: BMC module in the controller is unresponsive 		
ENVIRONMENT-00020	BMCHangCritical: BMC module in the controller is unresponsive		
ENVIRONMENT-00038	The system is being shut down. BMC is unresponsive	
ENVIRONMENT-00039	BMC failure has been detected
系統可能會繼續正常運行，但某些環境變數可能不可用 - 例如溫度和其他感測器讀數。

Cause

常見原因：
  • BMC/iDRAC 對堆疊中更高層的服務沒有回應。
  • Data Domain 作業系統 （DDOS） 內的服務會失去與 BMC 的通訊。

  • 元件故障。 

Resolution
