Customers using Dell Latitude, Precision, Inspiron, Vostro, or XPS desktop or laptop may report that 11th or 12th Generation processors with integrated Intel Iris Xe Graphics is shown as Intel UHD Graphics. It happens when the computer is shipped with one memory module.

Cause

It is working as designed.

Resolution

To display Iris Xe Graphics, the computer must be in dual-channel memory configuration. It is suggested that a customer installs two memory modules.
