Instructions

CLI：
  1. 通过 ssh/putty 以 sysadmin 身份登录到 Data Domain 系统
  2. 检查当前配置。
    1.  # support notification method show
    2. # support connectemc config show
  3. 向 ESRS 注册 DD
    1. # support connectemc device register <DDR IP>  esrs-gateway <the ESRS GW hostname>
      1. 它将提示输入 Service Link 用户名和密码。可以使用客户的支持凭据。（查看戴尔支持站点时的相同凭据）
      2. 示例输出：
# support connectemc device register 10.10.10.10 esrs-gateway myesrsgw01
Enter Service Link username: admin
Enter Service Link password: <nothing displayed as you type>

设备注册到 ESRS 网关。
  1. 注册成功后，再次检查配置，并将通知方法设置为“connectemc”。
    1. # support connectemc config show
      1. 示例输出：
 # support connectemc config show
    ConnectEMC Configuration:
        ESRS gateway IP/hostname:    myesrsgw01
        Registered device IP(s):     10.10.10.10
    1. # support notification method set connectemc
    2.  # support notification method show
  2. 测试连接
    1.  # support connectemc test

# support connectemc test
    Sending test message through ConnectEMC...
    Test message successfully sent through ConnectEMC.

GUI：
  1. Maintenance > Support > Configure Channel
  1. 选择“Secure Remote Services”
  1. 输入 ESRS 主机名并选择 DD IP
  1. 输入 Service Link 凭据（查看戴尔支持站点时的相同凭据）
  2. 注册完成
