Pre-Removal Instructions Before removing the Stand:
During installation or removals of any hardware always ensure that all data is backed up properly.
Disconnect any telephone, network, or USB cables from the computer.
Disconnect the computer and all attached devices from their electrical outlets.
Press and slide the release button up.
Hold the button in the release position and lift the stand upward.
Slide the stand downward, to lift the stand off the back cover.

Disconnect any telephone, network, or USB cables from the computer.
Disconnect the computer and all attached devices from their electrical outlets.
Remove the Stand.
Unroute the power cable from the slots on the cable cover.
Remove the screw (M3x5) that secures the cable cover to the bottom cover.
Lift the cable cover from the bottom cover.

Lift the computer fan, along with its cable, off the display-assembly base.
System Fan—65 W
Disconnect the system-fan cable from the system board.
Remove the three screws (M3x5) that secure the computer fan to the display-assembly base.
Lift the computer fan, along with its cable, off the display-assembly base.

Remove the Stand, Back Cover, System Board Shield.
Using the plastic scribe, press on the metal clip to release the coin-cell battery from the coin-cell battery holder.
Lift the coin-cell battery from the coin-cell battery holder.

Unroute the antenna cables from the routing guides on the wireless-card shield.
Lift the wireless-card shield out of the computer.
Remove the screw (M2x2.5) that secures the wireless-card bracket to the wireless card.
Slide and remove the wireless-card bracket off the wireless card.
Disconnect the antenna cables from the wireless card.
Slide and remove the wireless card from the wireless-card slot.

Slide and remove the camera assembly from the middle frame.
Unroute the camera cable from the routing guides on the display-assembly base.

Disconnect the power-supply cable from the connector on the system board.
Remove the screw (M3x5) that secures the PSU to the display-assembly base.
Lift the PSU out of the computer.
