Symptoms

서비스 포트를 사용하여 ICW(Initial Configuration Wizard)를 실행할 경우 클러스터 세부 정보 단계에서 "Loading...."이라는 메시지가 표시되며 이는 한동안 지속됩니다. 결국 UI에 "The required appliance was not found 또는 Request timed out"이 표시될 수 있습니다.

이렇게 하면 ICW를 계속 진행하고 시스템을 초기화할 수 없습니다.

NDU(Nondisruptive Upgrade) 또는 노드 재부팅 후 PowerStore Manager UI를 액세스할 수 없습니다(사용자가 로그인할 수 없음).

로그인 시도가 다음 오류와 함께 실패합니다. "Service unavailable. Please retry in a few minutes. (0xE04040010004)"

문제 식별 중
시스템 로그(svc_journalctl)를 확인합니다.

제어 경로 시작 로그에는 검색 배포에 실패한 것으로 표시됩니다.

Control Path Discovery messages about /cyc_var/cyc_avahi_autoipd_address do not exist:

Cause

UI와 ICW 모두 제어 경로(관리) 검색 서비스에 의존합니다.

CP(Control Path) 검색 서비스는 169.254/16 IP를 로컬 disc0 인터페이스에 로컬 링크로 바인딩하는 Avahi autoipd를 사용합니다.

Avahi autoipd가 169.254/16 IP를 disc0에 바인딩하지 못하여 컨트롤 경로 검색 서비스도 실패할 수 있습니다.

Resolution

이 문제가 발생하는 경우 기술 지원 부서 또는 공인 서비스 담당자에게 문의하여 이 기술 자료 문서 ID를 인용하십시오.
