Alert ID SDNAS_SNAP_STATE_SERVICE_UNMOUNTED
Alert Text File system snapshot %(fsname) in NAS server %(vdmname) (fsid %(fsid)) has been taken offline for service
Error Code (0x01300f04)
Description When user created File system snapshot has been taken offline for service mount operation, corrective operations are required to be performed. 
Resolution Cause
File system snapshot (fsname) in NAS server (vdmname) (fsid (fsid)) has been taken offline for service.

Solution
  1. Perform data collection to assist in the resolution of this issue. To perform data collection using PowerStore Manager go to Settings -> Support: Support Materials -> Start Collection.  Select from the Advanced support materials collection options to  Include additional information 
  2. Once the data collection is completed contact technical support.
 

 

Alert ID SDNAS_SNAP_STATE_UNMOUNTED_CORRUPTION_DETECTED
Alert Text File system snapshot %(fsname) in NAS server %(vdmname) (fsid %(fsid)) is offline after discovering corruption.
Error Code (0x01300f03)
Description When a user created Snap FS integrity is affected, corrective operations are required to be performed. 
Resolution
Solution:
This alert may be triggered in the following scenario: After a filesystem snapshot is restored from the source, while the underlying filesystem session is deemed OK, the synchronized replication destination filesystem is identified as "corrupted" and subsequently goes offline. Should this happen, the workaround is to pause replication on the destination side prior to executing the filesystem snapshot restoration.

If the issue persists:
  1. Perform data collection, including nas infomation, to assist in the resolution of this issue.
    To perform data collection using PowerStore Manager go to Settings -> Support: Support Materials -> Start Collection. Select from the "Advanced support materials collection options" to Include additional information.
  2. Once the data collection is completed contact technical support.
   

 

Alert ID SDNAS_SNAP_STATE_RECOVERY_FAILED
Alert Text Recovery failed on file system snapshot %(fsname) in NAS server %(vdmname) (fsid %(fsid).
Error Code (0x01300f06)
Description Recovery is failed on Respective User created snapshot File system
The normal recovery operation of file system has failed
Resolution Solution
  1. Perform data collection to assist in the resolution of this issue. To perform data collection using PowerStore Manager go to Settings -> Support: Support Materials -> Start Collection.  Select from the Advanced support materials collection options to  Include additional information.
  2. Once the data collection is completed contact technical support.

Alert Text File system snapshot %(fsname) in NAS server %(vdmname) (fsid %(fsid)) is offline due to receiving an I/O error.
Error Code (0x01300f02)
Description When a created File system snapshot is offline due to receiving an I/O error mount operation, corrective operations are required to be performed. 
Resolution Cause
File system snapshot (fsname) in NAS server (vdmname) (fsid (fsid)) is offline due to receiving an I/O error.

Solution
  1.
