Alert Text Recovery failed on the %(fsname) file system in NAS server %(vdmname) (fsid %(fsid)
Error Code (0x01301206)
  There are two scenarios which may case this alert:
  •  Restore the config FS: User NAS server Config FS Recovery has been failed and is in stopped state.
  • LUN REPLACEMENT FOR CONFIG/ROOT FS: User NAS server Config/Root restore doesn't work after recovery has failed and in stopped state.

Alert ID SDNAS_NIS_SERVICE_ALL_SERVERS_UNREACHABLE
Alert Text The NIS client is unable to connect to all configured NIS Servers
Error Code (0x01300403)
Description The NIS client is unable to contact any NIS server and so is not operational. This may happen when the NAS server cannot reach the peer NIS server because of network problems.
Resolution Cause
Network interface of NAS(Network Attached Storage) Server has issues in connecting to NIS (Network Information System) server, could be an environmental (network switch, firewall or NIS Server configuration) issue.
NIS server ports are firewalled at Ports 111 (TCP, UDP), 714 (TCP), 711 (UDP)
NIS server not configured properly

Solution
This is a generic alert and could indicate the problems mentioned in cause section.
The troubleshooting steps should be targeted at identifying the NIS Server connectivity, firewall issues by generating network traces for review if NIS Server configuration is identified to be good.

Check the NAS server network interface and the router configuration (OR)
Check the availability of the configured NIS server running the 'svc_cifssupport -checkup' or 'svc_nas -nis' command
